What If You Don't Have Insurance?

The Big Sur Health Center offers a sliding scale discount for our local patients if you are able to make a payment on the day of service and we don't have to send the bill through our billing service. Bring a copy of your last month's pay stub(s) and complete a short questionnaire.

That's all there is to it. Your discount will be based on family size and income.
